It was another fun week at Fairview with many clubs getting started, including D&D, QSA, and Chess. Students are winding down their first sports season, and Parent/Teacher Conferences are right around the corner.
Our conferences will be held over 2 days this year. Please
see the flyer here for more information. On Wed, Oct 21st, conferences will be held in the evening from 3:15-6:45, by appointment only. On Thurs, Oct 22nd, arena conferences will be open to everyone from 10-1:30pm, and 2:30-6pm. Fri, Oct 23rd, there will be no school and no conferences. During our conferences, we will be having a Book Fair in the Library. We hope to see all of you out here at FMS! Information on the Book Fair is below.
We need your help with a couple of items. First, Fairview is a very busy place at the end of the day. If you are calling in a bus pass, please do so prior to 1pm, as we can’t guarantee your child will get the pass in time. Also, our students love their e-bikes. Please encourage them to wear a helmet and that they should be riding them on the sidewalks and not in our parking lots, fields, or other areas. We thank you for your cooperation to help ensure school runs smoothly and our students are safe.
Enjoy this three day weekend with your family and friends,
Mr. Tebo
