Good morning Falcons, 

Registration for 2025-2026 Sports is currently open. Families can sign up at https://centralkitsap-wa.finalforms.com/ . Students will use their school email for their student account. For incoming 6th grade families, these emails have been activated and students can sign in through Google. You can upload physicals in FinalForms or bring them in the first day of school. We will have people to help with registration during the Falcon Fever event on September 2nd. Fastpitch and Track and Field start September 3rd. Cheer will start on September 15th. Be on the look out for a coaches communication coming out around the final week of August. 

Peninsula Community Health Services is partnering with Fairview to provide well child & sports physicals on Monday, August 18th from 9:00AM-3:00PM. There is a QR Code on the attached document that you can scan to schedule an appointment. Or you can visit https://www.pchsweb.org/ for more information. Please note that appointment times are approximate. Scheduled appointments are highly encouraged due to walk-in availability being limited.
